Pre-Screening and Post-Screening Policy
Effective 31 August 2026
Nightcloud Interactive LLC (“Nightcloud,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates KinkzAI, an adults-only AI companion and roleplay service.
This Pre-Screening and Post-Screening Policy describes the controls Nightcloud uses to review KinkzAI-supplied content, restrict prohibited content through the Hosted Service, respond to reported AI-generated content, and enforce KinkzAI’s content standards.
Because KinkzAI includes both hosted AI interactions and locally operated desktop functionality, screening measures differ depending on whether content is supplied by Nightcloud, generated through the Hosted Service, or remains locally on a user’s device.
This Policy should be read together with our Terms of Service, Content and Acceptable Use Policy, Content Moderation Policy, Complaints and Appeals Policy, Anti-Human Trafficking and Exploitation Policy, Age Verification Policy, and AI Companion Safety Protocol.
Capitalized terms not defined in this Policy have the meanings given to them in our Terms of Service.
1. Screening Framework
Nightcloud uses a layered approach to content screening and enforcement.
Depending on the type of content or activity, that approach may include:
- pre-release review of KinkzAI-supplied visual content;
- system-level instructions and technical controls applied to Hosted Service interactions;
- automated safety measures addressing certain crisis-related interactions;
- complaint-based review of reported AI-generated output or conduct;
- investigation and enforcement based on information reasonably available to Nightcloud;
- modification of KinkzAI-supplied content or technical controls where appropriate; and
- escalation and priority handling for serious safety, exploitation, and illegal-content matters.
Nightcloud’s screening standards are based on its Content and Acceptable Use Policy and may also reflect applicable law, card-network rules, payment-processor requirements, necessary service-provider requirements, safety considerations, and Nightcloud’s business policies.
2. Content Subject to Screening
Screening measures may apply differently to:
- KinkzAI-supplied character artwork and other content controlled by Nightcloud;
- user requests and AI-generated responses processed through the Hosted Service;
- content or information separately submitted to Nightcloud through a complaint, safety report, support request, or other communication; and
- Local Content used through the Desktop App.
Nightcloud does not represent that the same screening process applies to every category.
3. Pre-Screening of KinkzAI-Supplied Artwork
KinkzAI-supplied character artwork consists of fixed artwork prepared before it is made available through the Service.
Nightcloud reviews KinkzAI-supplied character artwork before release.
KinkzAI-supplied characters and artwork are intended to depict fictional adults and are not intended to depict identifiable real people.
Nightcloud does not use actual human performers to create KinkzAI-supplied character artwork.
If Nightcloud determines during pre-release review that KinkzAI-supplied artwork does not comply with applicable law, KinkzAI’s content standards, payment-processor requirements, card-network requirements, or other applicable standards, Nightcloud may reject, modify, replace, or withhold that artwork from release.
4. Hosted Service Pre-Generation and Real-Time Controls
Hosted Service interactions are subject to system-level instructions and other technical controls designed to prevent or redirect requests for content prohibited by the Content and Acceptable Use Policy.
Those controls apply during hosted AI generation and are designed to operate before or while an AI-generated response is produced.
Users must not attempt to disable, override, manipulate, or evade those controls through:
- jailbreaks;
- prompt injection;
- encoded instructions;
- euphemisms or coded terminology;
- character instructions;
- repeated prompting;
- imported material intended to circumvent a restriction; or
- another technique intended to defeat KinkzAI’s content or safety measures.
Depending on the request and applicable controls, the Hosted Service may:
- refuse to generate a response;
- redirect the interaction;
- provide a limited response that does not facilitate prohibited activity;
- provide or direct the user to safety or crisis-resource information; or
- take another automated action designed to enforce applicable content or safety standards.
5. Prohibited Content Categories
The Content and Acceptable Use Policy is Nightcloud’s primary statement of prohibited content and conduct.
Among other restrictions, KinkzAI prohibits content or conduct involving:
- minors, child sexual exploitation, or child sexual abuse material;
- nonconsensual sexual activity;
- nonconsensual intimate imagery, sexual deepfakes, or unauthorized sexual depictions of identifiable real people;
- human trafficking, sex trafficking, prostitution, escorting, or unlawful commercial sexual activity;
- incest;
- bestiality or sexualized animal content;
- sexual violence, snuff, necrophilia, or specified extreme violent sexual content;
- specified sexual content involving bodily waste;
- sexual activity involving incapacity or prohibited intoxication;
- prohibited suicide or self-harm assistance;
- hate-based abuse, threats, harassment, or real-world harm;
- actionable assistance intended to facilitate illegal activity;
- fraud, harmful impersonation, or misuse of another person’s rights;
- prohibited professional impersonation or professional advice; and
- attempts to circumvent KinkzAI’s content, safety, age-verification, or other protective controls.
The complete standards and applicable definitions appear in the Content and Acceptable Use Policy.
6. Suicide, Self-Harm, and Crisis Screening
The Hosted Service uses automated safety measures designed to identify certain expressions involving suicidal ideation, suicide, serious self-harm, dangerous eating-disorder behavior, and related crisis situations.
When an applicable safety measure identifies an interaction requiring a safety-oriented response, the Hosted Service may interrupt or redirect ordinary roleplay and provide or direct the user to appropriate crisis-resource information.
These safety measures are described in greater detail in our AI Companion Safety Protocol.
They are safety controls and are not medical diagnoses, mental-health assessments, or substitutes for emergency or professional services.
7. Limitations of Automated Screening
Artificial-intelligence systems and automated screening measures are imperfect.
Nightcloud does not represent that its automated controls will:
- identify every prohibited request;
- prevent every prohibited AI-generated response;
- correctly interpret every user statement;
- identify every attempt to circumvent a restriction; or
- prevent every misuse of the Service.
The existence of an automated control does not relieve users of their obligation to comply with the Content and Acceptable Use Policy.
If prohibited output is generated unexpectedly, the user must not intentionally continue prompting for that content or distribute it.
8. Post-Screening of Reported AI-Generated Content
Nightcloud does not maintain a server-side archive of Hosted Service conversations as part of its ordinary operation of the Service.
As a result, Nightcloud does not routinely conduct retrospective human review of completed Hosted Service conversations and generally cannot review an interaction after it ends unless relevant information is separately provided to Nightcloud.
Users and other persons may report suspected prohibited AI-generated content by contacting:
admin@kinkzai.com
A report should provide enough information for Nightcloud to evaluate the matter, which may include:
- the character involved;
- the approximate date and time of the interaction;
- the relevant AI-generated response;
- copied text or a screenshot, where lawful and appropriate; and
- a description of the concern.
Do not send or attach suspected CSAM.
Nightcloud reviews reported content based on the information reasonably available to it.
9. Post-Screening Actions
When Nightcloud determines that reported content, conduct, or system behavior violates applicable law or KinkzAI’s policies, Nightcloud may take one or more actions appropriate to the circumstances, including:
- modifying system-level instructions or technical controls;
- modifying, disabling, replacing, or removing KinkzAI-supplied content;
- restricting an account or feature;
- warning a user;
- suspending or terminating an account;
- preventing a terminated user from evading enforcement through another account;
- preserving information when required by applicable law or legal process;
- making a report required by applicable law;
- cooperating with valid legal process; or
- taking another action reasonably necessary to protect Nightcloud, users, payment processors, card networks, service providers, or third parties.
Nightcloud may also use reported incidents and identified safety or moderation failures to evaluate whether technical or policy changes are appropriate.
10. Priority Review Categories
Nightcloud gives priority handling to reports or information involving serious legal or safety concerns, including:
- actual or suspected CSAM or child sexual exploitation;
- human trafficking or sexual exploitation;
- nonconsensual intimate imagery or sexual deepfakes;
- credible threats of serious real-world violence;
- an immediate safety concern;
- apparent illegal activity requiring action by Nightcloud; or
- another matter requiring expedited action under applicable law, card-network rules, acquiring-bank requirements, or payment-processor requirements.
Priority handling may include immediate restriction of an account, feature, or content while Nightcloud reviews the matter.
Complaints and reports are handled in accordance with our Complaints and Appeals Policy.
11. Child Sexual Exploitation
KinkzAI prohibits CSAM and the sexual exploitation or sexualization of persons under 18.
Nightcloud may immediately restrict or terminate an account based on information reasonably indicating involvement with CSAM or child sexual exploitation.
If Nightcloud obtains actual knowledge of apparent CSAM or other conduct that applicable law requires Nightcloud to report, Nightcloud will make the required report and comply with applicable preservation obligations.
In the United States, required reports may include reports to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children.
Persons reporting suspected CSAM must not email or attach the suspected material. They should instead provide information reasonably sufficient to identify or locate the material.
12. Human Trafficking and Sexual Exploitation
KinkzAI prohibits using the Service to recruit, solicit, advertise, arrange, promote, facilitate, assist, conceal, encourage, or profit from human trafficking, sex trafficking, prostitution, unlawful commercial sexual activity, coercion, or sexual exploitation.
Reports involving suspected trafficking or exploitation receive priority handling.
Nightcloud may restrict or terminate access, preserve information when required, make reports required by applicable law, and cooperate with valid legal process.
Additional information appears in our Anti-Human Trafficking and Exploitation Policy.
13. Local and Offline Content
The Desktop App may permit users to create, import, possess, or use Local Content and user-supplied AI models entirely on their own devices.
Nightcloud does not routinely receive, monitor, inspect, pre-screen, or post-screen Local Content that remains entirely on a user’s device.
Nightcloud therefore may be unable to detect, block, inspect, modify, remove, or retrospectively review Local Content that is not within Nightcloud’s possession or control.
The absence of screening does not make prohibited Local Content permissible.
Users remain responsible for complying with the Terms of Service, Content and Acceptable Use Policy, and applicable law when using local functionality.
If reliable information establishes that a user has violated KinkzAI’s policies through Local Content or use of the Desktop App, Nightcloud may take account-level or other enforcement action available to it.
14. Records and Preservation
Nightcloud may maintain records concerning:
- complaints and reports;
- investigation and moderation decisions;
- enforcement actions;
- technical or safety changes made in response to identified issues;
- supporting materials separately submitted to Nightcloud; and
- related communications.
Those records may be maintained for legitimate operational, legal, compliance, safety, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, payment-processing, or card-network purposes.
This does not mean that Nightcloud maintains a server-side archive of Hosted Service conversations or routinely collects Local Content.
Where applicable law, valid legal process, or another preservation obligation requires Nightcloud to preserve information within its possession or control, Nightcloud will preserve that information as required.
15. Evaluation and Improvement of Screening Controls
Nightcloud may periodically evaluate and modify its content-screening and safety controls.
Evaluation may consider:
- reported prohibited output;
- identified attempts to circumvent content or safety controls;
- testing of AI-system behavior;
- changes in the AI models or infrastructure used by the Hosted Service;
- developments in safety or moderation technology;
- payment-processor or card-network requirements;
- changes in applicable law or regulatory guidance; and
- other information reasonably relevant to the effectiveness of KinkzAI’s controls.
Nightcloud may strengthen, replace, or supplement a screening or safety measure when appropriate.
