Content Policy

Effective 2 August 2026

KinkzAI is for adult content. Some things are prohibited outright, with no exceptions and no context that makes them acceptable.

1. Prohibited without exception

2. What you're responsible for

Characters and content you create are yours, and so is the responsibility for them. Creating prohibited content — especially anything sexualizing minors — is a serious violation and may be a crime.

On the hosted service, violating this policy may result in immediate account termination and, where required by law, reporting to the appropriate authorities.

3. Offline use

When the app runs on your own computer, your content stays there. We can't see it, and we don't monitor it. That doesn't make prohibited content acceptable — it means the responsibility for what you create is entirely yours.

4. Reporting illegal content

If you become aware of any content or activity that appears to involve child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or the sexual exploitation of anyone under 18, report it immediately to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline at report.cybertip.org and to local law enforcement.

You can also tell us at admin@kinkzai.com. If we obtain actual knowledge of apparent CSAM, we report it to NCMEC as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2258A and comply with applicable preservation obligations.

We are not required by law to monitor users or to affirmatively search, screen, or scan content that remains solely on users' local devices.
