KinkzAI is operated by Nightcloud Interactive LLC (“Nightcloud”).

KinkzAI does not use actual human performers in KinkzAI-supplied character artwork. KinkzAI-supplied artwork is fictional and synthetically created, is not intended to depict identifiable real people, and does not depict an actual human being engaged in actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct. Accordingly, Nightcloud does not maintain performer-identification records under 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 or 2257A for KinkzAI-supplied artwork because there are no actual performers associated with that artwork.

The KinkzAI Desktop App may permit users to create or import content that remains locally on their own devices. Nightcloud does not produce or host that Local Content merely because it is used with the Desktop App. Users are responsible for complying with applicable law and KinkzAI’s Terms of Service and Content and Acceptable Use Policy.
