Roughly doubles the wait for speech — the narration is spoken as a second, separate request.
She opens with a short scene instead of an empty chat — where she is and what she's doing, so there's something to react to. Spends one message from your daily allowance each time a conversation starts.
Double-checks her replies, twice over. Before she writes, a short checklist reminds her that the outfit has to match what she's wearing, the emotion has to be current, and nothing should be invented. After she writes, a second pass verifies that the emotion, action and outfit she reported actually match the words — anything contradicted is dropped rather than corrected, so the picture stays put instead of changing to something that didn't happen. On by default.
Adds roughly a fifth to the wait — about a second on a six-second reply — and the checklist shortens how far back she remembers.
Where characters are when you're not with them. A world is a folder of pictures — the filename becomes the place, so coffee_shop.png shows up as "Coffee shop".
Reset world, at the bottom, puts everyone back at their starting place and sets the clock to Day 1, morning. It doesn't touch conversations or affinity.
Everything in this world's locations folder. Drop a picture in and it appears here.
One set of pictures that every character's own house uses. In conversation it's named for whoever lives there — Emily's house, Sarah's house — from the same images.
Uses your own device's battery and graphics. Doesn't affect how fast she replies.
Turn off to use a plain dark background instead.
How long each frame shows for animated actions and stages. Higher is slower. Level tracks can each override this with their own speed in the gear tracks editor on the Character tab.
Pick from the models you've installed. Remembered between launches.
How much of the conversation she can hold at once. Older messages are summarised rather than forgotten, but more room here means more she remembers word for word.
The extra VRAM is on top of the model itself. If you pick more than your card has spare, it spills into system memory and replies get several times slower — if that happens, come back and lower it.
Acts on whichever model is chosen above.
Renaming keeps the model, just under a new name. Deleting removes the files from your computer and can't be undone — you'd have to download it again.
Drop any .gguf file into the import folder and it's picked up within about 20 seconds. The filename becomes the model's name, so rename the file first if you want it called something else. Dropping the same filename again replaces that model.
Importing copies the whole file, so a 15GB model needs about 30GB free while it runs and takes a few minutes. The original is deleted afterwards so you're not storing it twice.
Adds several seconds after every reply. The voice is generated once the text is finished, not alongside it.
The voice itself is picked per character on the Character tab.
Sounds every character shares — music, and any effect a character doesn't have its own version of.
Sounds come from two places: the global sounds folder at the project root (shared by every character) and each character's own sounds folder (overrides global files with the same name). Files named after emotions, outfit, newday, dirty/wet/clean play automatically on those changes; any other sound (like open_door, kiss, phone_ring) can be triggered by the AI when it fits the scene. A file named music loops continuously in the background (own volume slider above) and automatically dims while she speaks or an effect plays — the AI has no control over it. .mp3/.wav/.ogg, underscores instead of spaces.
Offline runs on your own graphics card with no message limit and no sign-in. Your characters and conversations are the same either way.
She's only told about actions she has art for in what she's wearing right now, instead of also being given the list she can't do and how to change clothes for each. Fewer names to reach for means fewer wrong pictures, and a shorter prompt. Only affects actions tagged to a specific outfit — anything untagged stays available whatever she's wearing. Scenes can feel a step behind: she works with what her current clothes allow rather than offering to go and change, so a moment that should move somewhere new sometimes stays where it is. Faster replies and more room to remember the conversation.
Worth trying if she keeps picking actions with no picture behind them. Off by default — the trade isn't always worth it.
Lower is more consistent and keeps responses well-formed; higher is more creative but makes more mistakes. Each model has its own sweet spot (check its Hugging Face page) — for Nemo 12B models like Mag-Mell it's around 0.30–0.50. When in doubt, start low.
Export saves the current chat as a text file. Clear Memory moves this conversation into backups (last 5 kept) and starts fresh.

Online, we store as little as we can.

Offline Mode
In Offline Mode, the KinkzAI application runs entirely on your local device. Your characters, images, and conversations are stored exclusively in a folder on your disk. Text is generated by an AI model running on your own graphics card. No account is required for Offline Mode, and no data, including user-generated content, reaches our servers at any point. Consequently, we do not receive, store, or have access to any content generated or stored in Offline Mode.
Online Mode
When using Online Mode, you sign in to your account, and text is generated on GPU servers rented and managed by the Provider. Conversations and generated text pass through our API in transit for processing. However, we do not retain the
content of any message or conversation on our servers after processing; it is proxied to a GPU and the reply is returned to you. Character images, names, and descriptions remain on your local device in both modes and are never received, stored, or displayed by the Provider.
Data Stored on Our Servers
We store the following data on our servers:

Login Data: Your email address and your account credentials, which are held and secured on our behalf by our database provider, Supabase. We do not have access to your password.

Usage events are retained for up to 12 months and are then deleted. They contain only timings and counts — never message text, character names, or anything describing what you did.
Age-verification records are retained for as long as your account is active, and afterwards only for as long as required to demonstrate compliance with age-verification obligations.
If you delete your account, your account data is removed. Some records may be retained where the law requires it.

1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to KinkzAI, an adult erotic roleplay AI application and webpage ("Service"). This Service is provided by KinkzAI ("Provider," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the KinkzAI desktop application and website, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through the Service.
By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies or guidelines referenced herein. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
This Service is intended for users who are at least 18 years of age. By accessing or using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. We utilize ageverif.com for age verification purposes. By using the Service, you consent to the age verification process through ageverif.com. If age verification fails or is bypassed, your access to the Service will be immediately terminated, and any associated accounts may be suspended or deleted.
2. Description of Service
KinkzAI provides an adult erotic roleplay experience featuring AI-generated content, including AI-generated pornography, and a chatbot Large Language Model (LLM). The Service allows users to interact with AI characters and generate various forms of erotic content. The Service also supports user uploads, which are stored locally on the user's personal computer and are not stored or accessed by the Provider.
You understand and agree that all AI characters and content generated by the Service are entirely fictional and are not based on or intended to represent real individuals. You are strictly prohibited from attempting to create, generate, or disseminate content that depicts or is intended to depict real individuals without their explicit consent, or that could be construed as non-consensual deepfake content.
3. User Accounts and Data
To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
We store login data, usage events tied to user IDs, age-verification records (including country, subdivision, and assurance level), terms acceptance timestamps, and subscription tier and renewal dates. Usage events record only timings and counts, not message text or character names. This data is stored on our servers to provide and improve the Service, manage your account, and ensure compliance with legal obligations. We do not store user-generated content on our servers, except as explicitly stated in these Terms.
4. Billing and Subscriptions
Subscriptions are billed through a third-party payment processor. Your card details are handled by that processor and are never stored on our servers. The processor's name will appear on your billing statement.
Prices are shown in US dollars and are displayed before you complete a purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval stated at checkout until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account page, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. You keep access until then.
Refunds. If you are unsatisfied, contact us at admin@kinkzai.com within 7 days of a charge and we will consider a refund. We handle refund requests ourselves rather than directing you elsewhere. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
We may change our prices. If we do, the new price applies from your next renewal, and we will tell you before it takes effect so that you can cancel if you prefer.
If a renewal payment fails, we may retry it. Your subscription may be suspended until payment succeeds, after which access resumes for the remainder of the period.
5. User-Generated Content
The Service offers two distinct modes for user interaction and content generation:
Offline Mode: In this mode, the KinkzAI application runs entirely on your local device. Your characters, images, and conversations are stored exclusively in a folder on your disk. Text is generated by an AI model running on your own graphics card. No account is required for Offline Mode, and no data, including

6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the Service for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. You agree not to:
Use the Service in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the Service or interfere with any other party's use of the Service.
Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device, process, or means to access the Service for any purpose, including monitoring or copying any of the material on the Service.
Introduce any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the Service, the server on which the Service is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to the Service.
Engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service, or which, as determined by us, may harm the Provider or users of the Service or expose them to liability.
Use the Service to generate or disseminate any content that is illegal, including but not limited to child sexual abuse material (CSAM), content involving individuals under the age of 18 in any context, or content that sexualizes minors, even if fictional.
Use the Service to impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
Use the Service for any commercial purposes without our express written consent.
7. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. 8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE PROVIDER AND ITS AGENTS, SUCCESSORS, AND ASSIGNS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I)
YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE;

10. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, or validity thereof shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") in accordancewith its Consumer Arbitration Rules, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. The place of arbitration shall be Horry County, South Carolina. The arbitration shall be conducted in English.
11. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of the Terms will continue in full force and effect.
12. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies or guidelines referenced herein, constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and the Provider regarding the Service and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding the Service.
13. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms, in whole or in part, at any time without notice to you.
14. Intellectual Property
The Service and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by the Provider, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
These Terms permit you to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Service, except as generally and ordinarily permitted through the Service's functionality.
Regarding user-generated content, you retain all rights to your content stored locally on your device. The Provider claims no ownership over such content.
15. Force Majeure
The Provider shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms if such delay or failure is caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, war, terrorism, riots,
embargoes, fires, floods, earthquakes, or other natural disasters, strikes, labor disputes, shortages of supply, governmental regulations, power failures, or failures of the internet or telecommunications networks.
16. Export Controls and Sanctions
You agree to comply with all applicable export control and sanctions laws and regulations, including those of the United States and any other relevant jurisdiction. You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. government as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any
U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties. You agree not to export, re-export, or transfer the Service or any technical data related thereto, directly or indirectly, in violation of any such laws or regulations.
17. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or delete your account through the provided functionality. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Any data stored locally on your device will remain your responsibility, and the Provider will have no obligation to retrieve or provide access to such data.
18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Horry County, South Carolina,
, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction
and venue therein.
19. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30
days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. While continued use generally implies acceptance, especially for paid subscribers, we encourage you to review any updated terms. 21. Reporting Illegal Content and Law Enforcement Cooperation
The Service is designed so that user-uploaded and user-generated content remains stored solely on the user's local device. The Provider does not host, access, view, or store that content on its servers.
If you become aware of any content or activity that appears to involve child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or the sexual exploitation of anyone under 18, you should report it immediately to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline at https://report.cybertip.org and to local law enforcement.
If the Provider obtains actual knowledge of apparent CSAM or other material that federal law requires to be reported, the Provider will report it to NCMEC as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2258A and will comply with applicable preservation obligations. The Provider will also cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement.

The Provider is not required by law to monitor users or to affirmatively search, screen, or scan content that remains solely on users' local devices.

Content Policy
This app is for adult (18+) content, but some content is strictly prohibited with no exceptions:
- All characters must depict adults 18 years or older. Any content that sexualizes minors is absolutely forbidden.
- No content depicting real, identifiable people without their consent.
- No content that is illegal to create or possess where you live.
- No content promoting real-world harm against real people.
- No deepfakes. You may not use the service to create, generate or share content that depicts, or is intended to depict, a real identifiable person, including public figures.
- No non-consensual scenarios. This includes anything depicting a character who is asleep, unconscious, drugged, intoxicated, hypnotised, restrained without having agreed, or otherwise unable to refuse.
- No incest or sexual content between family members.
- No bestiality or animal cruelty.
- No sexual violence, abduction, snuff or fantasy snuff.
- No watersports or scat.
- No prostitution or escorting scenarios.
- No polygamy scenarios.
- No hate speech, and no content attacking people for who they are.
- No instructions for illegal activity, including weapons, explosives or planning any other crime.
- No professional advice. The characters are fiction and will not give medical, legal, financial or gambling advice. Ask a qualified professional instead.
Characters and content you create are your responsibility. Creating prohibited content — especially anything sexualizing minors — is a serious violation and may be illegal.
On the online service, violating this policy may result in immediate account termination and, where required by law, reporting to the appropriate authorities.
Reporting illegal content
If you become aware of any content or activity that appears to involve child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or the sexual exploitation of anyone under 18, report it immediately to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline at report.cybertip.org and to local law enforcement.

Offline, your content stays on your own computer — we can't see it, and we don't monitor it. That doesn't make prohibited content acceptable; it means the responsibility for what you create is entirely yours.
